A small, friendly class held weekly on Wednesdays at 10:45 in the brand new Bishops Hull Hub, a large, light and airy space with baby changing facilities and free parking. 

The classes are relaxed and friendly and are designed to motivate you to  move, look and feel fabulous 

I will teach you to develop your core strength after having a baby to keep your spine safe whilst you exercise, to improve your flexibility and movement and to help you tone up your body safely after childbirth.

I can help you with the healing of diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues and I work alongside a local Osteopath. I also teach correct posture, which helps to alleviate back and hip pain and good breathing techniques which aids relaxations and calmness in yourself and in turn in your baby.
