If you are looking for a different way to unwind and relax then join me in the gentle art of Tai Chi. Tai Chi Chuan is a series of slow controlled movements which flow from one to another, making up a sequence. Often referred to as mindfulness in motion, it is an ideal way to relax and improve balance and coordination too.
