    We will require an on site visit for new hirers to check through the Hire Agreement and safety processes currently in place. We will be in contact to arrange before confirming the booking

    We will contact you, normally within 48 hours, to provide a quote and then either confirm availability or discuss how we can meet your needs. Note that the hall is run by volunteers who process enquiries and new bookings in batches once or twice a week.
